Shipping and Tracking

After an order is placed it takes 48 hours for your payment to be processed. Once your payment is processed, your order is prepared and you will receive a tracking label.

HAIR IS RECEIVED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!

There will be no hair sent to shipping addresses that do not match billing addresses unless we are directly contacted about the special circumstance and identity is properly verified. This protects you and us from fraudulent activity and disputes. Failure to adhere will result in cancellation of entire order and an immediate refund.

Some items like hair of longer lengths, can take longer to ship than others to receive tracking. It will take no longer than 3 business days to receive tracking for special items as such after payment is processed.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, and after 5 pm on a business day, can't be considered processed until the next business day.
