I've received my hair but I'm not satisfied. What can I do?

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact Triple A Extensions immediately to return or exchange unused and untouched bundles.

How long will my hair last?

With proper treatment, bundles can last up to 2 years.

Why does it take up to 5 business days to receive my hair?

Products are quality checked to ensure that you receive the correct items in a timely fashion.

I had a rare case and I received a refund that did not include shipping. Why is that?

If you do, for any unlikely reason given a refund, it will not, under any circumstance include the price of shipping.

How does hair deposits work?

Deposits are for clients who intend to pick up hair and will pay remainder upon receipt.
The deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferable to another purchase if order is canceled.
